Michael Toomey

I am a firm believer in the power of talk therapy. I love the connection we develop in therapy and helping my patients on their path towards finding a life worth living. I graduated in 2014 and currently hold the title of Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in various areas, most notably Partial Hospitalization with adolescents. I became trained in DBT and utilize a solution focused approach. I support my clients through crisis and whatever life throws at them. Overall I provide a warm, collaborative approach. Throughout each session I utilize various techniques from DBT and focus on helping my patients to find solutions to their problems, or at least how to manage their emotions if no solutions exist.
